What are the hotels check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1pm-11pm and check-out by 10:30am.
What times do you serve food?
Bar-food is available from 11am-7pm. Our restaurant serves from 12pm-7pm and the outside riverside kabin between 11:30am-7pm.
How far is the hotel from?...
We are located next to the River Wharfe, local park, start of the Dalesway, within 3 minutes walk of town, all three churches, bus and railway stations.
Do you have a Dalesway baggage courier to transport our bags?
Yes we recommend two companies for transporting your heavy bags from our hotel to another Dalesway hotel. SHERPAVAN on (01748) 826 917 or BRIGANTES on (01729) 830 463. Please mention our website when calling.
Can I access the internet and are there Sky TV facilities at the hotel?
We offer both services throughout the hotel. The Sky TV facilities are available in each room and we do show some sports events on request in the bar. Our free wireless broadband internet allows you to go online everywhere in the hotel and even outside in our beer garden as well!
Do you accommodate dogs and how much do you charge?
Yes we are very pet friendly and we charge £5 per dog per night.
Do you cater for vegetarians?
Our menu includes dishes for vegetarians.
