All our hotels rooms are en-suite and include Sky TV, Free Wireless Broadband Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and with unbeatable views overlooking the Dalesway and the River Wharfe or Ilkley Moor.

Our rates include Full English or Continental Breakfast and are based on per room per night. Due to demand single Friday or Saturday night bookings are charged at +£5.

Cancellation terms

For all bookings a deposit of £30 per room is taken, which in some cancellation cases is non-refundable.

Price changes

From 1st April 2012 we will be changing our prices, an increase of £5 will be implemented.
